Is there a way to see how many hours my pc was on if i changed windows a couple of times?
I want to know that because i have an AIO Cooler and cant refill it so to know when its likely to break its said to last ~60000hours

Possibly Power On Hours of the C drive (unless you've changed that as well).

CrystalDiskInfo can give you that number.

And your AIO cooler isn't going to brake at 60,001 hours of run time.

It already makes some noises like its missing couple of ml of coolant or liquid

It keeps my cpu at 70*C i did a stress test for 20min. And the the sdd ran for 12193h and i had it for around 4 years. In the first 20 days i changed the gpu because the other wan overheated because the fan didnt work and the gpu had some problems ( it didnt cut power to keep temeprature), the ram and the case changed as well but nothing else is this how fast aio coolers evaporate fluid?
