Total Memory of my HD 5450?

Hello guys, I have been wondering something.

The AMD Radeon HD 5450 XFX ONE Edition i bought from long time is 1 GB or 2 GB..

I know there is 512 MB edition, 1GB and 2GB Editions (GDDR3 of course)

I can't find my Card's box to remember whats written on it. But when i opened dxdiag

I found as following:

Approx. Total Memory = 1784 MB

Display Memory (VRAM) = 1016 MB

Shared Memory = 768 MB

I remember i saw on the box (Up to 2GB or something)

So is this 1GB or 2GB?

I'm probably not the best person to answer this, but most likely 2 GB.

The other 216MB is probably from being in use. You know when you buy a new 240GB drive and it displays as 235-ish?

Someone should still verify that though. It's just a guess, but there's no reason that it should display as over 1GB if it's a 1GB model

1GB on the card. It's using some system ram to reach 2GB as needed. Doesn't really matter for current gaming. The 5450 is very ancient tech.

Didn't even look at the VRAM... that's the correct answer. Knew I wasn't the person to answer this
