Is there a program that lets you control every single fan in your PC? I feel like my components are getting too hot. I have around six fans in my Case but I just want to make the usage % up to 100% so the fans will keep my parts cooler. I don't care about the noise as long as it doesn't sound like a fighter jet. So if you know of a program or something that allows total fan control please tell me about it!

If you want control I don't suggest using a program. I would recommend that you use an external fan controller. You can hook you fans up to it and physically alter the speeds. If you want it to look nicer on a computer case then I would suggest using the Logisys Clock Control.

For program control I would use SpeedFan. But I wouldn't recommend it. If I were you, I would go through the BIOS to change the control speeds.
