Total read & writes of ssd

I using corsair force ls 60gb ssd. Yesterday when i check my ssd total read,writes it is around 243gb and 213gb but now when i check it total reads 303gb abd writes 250gb.My pc is on all the time and torrent downloading to my hdd.I think it is unusual 37gb of writes for ssd in a day.It is only used for os and softwears.Am i need to worry about this???. sorry about my bad english....

There are numerous guides out there that tell you what you should remove from the SSD so it doesn't wear out prematurely.
