howdy all,

I've started throwing a few decks together after years of not even
remembering where my cards were. In looking for combos and the like, I
started wondering if there was a spoiler text for ALL Magic cards somewhere,
or if you have to paste your own together if you desired such a list.

You want the Oracle card reference: the *official* current card text
for every tournament legal card ever printed plus Portal--only Unglued
is left out:
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dci/oracle
This functions as master spoiler list and all compiled errata rolled
into one.

Yes; yes, there is. It is lovingly maintained on the Oracle pages
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dci/oracle
- you probably want the second link on that page, "All Cards / Text".
