Id imagine that my current setup is fine but figured I would ask.

I have the following
Ryzen 7 5800x3D
ASUS Dual RTX 3060 12gb OC v2
Asus Prime B550m-a
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200mhz 16gb
5 fans
1tb SSD
250gb SSD
Corsair RM650x PSU

personally id go a 750w 80 plus gold for peace of mind ..

Ive done some of them PSU wattage calculators and most of them are just enough at best and rarely take in account for power spikes etc etc !!
 
To answer your question, buy a kill-a-watt wattage meter like this:

If you are asking how strong should the psu be:
For your present needs 650W is ok.
Your 5800X3D is a strong processor that can support a much strong graphics card in the future.
You will find that the difference in price between 650W,750w, 850s is not all that great.
For example, a Seasonic GX650 with a 10 year warranty is $95:
The 750w unit is $10 more and the 850w unit is $20 more.

A psu will only use the power demanded of it, regardless of the max capability.
