Can you please elaborate the issue in more detail? For instance, since when you are facing the problem, what was the last thing you did after which the Touch Screen stopped responding, is there something you did or happened unintentionally (such as some BSOD or abrupt restart) after which Windows started behaving abnormally, etc.?
