Question Touchscreen monitor

I know that touchscreen monitors work with Windows 7 or 10.
I would like to know if a touchscreen monitor can operate Assetta Corsas "game MENU" up until the point your ready to drive which you can continue using the steering wheel to race?

I don't see why not. Should use the screen as an HID compliant device. This communicates directly to the CPU for mouse position and clicks.
