i bought this comp. off ebay bout a week ago. it was suppose to have touchscreen on it. well i cant get it to work. i thought it just worked when you got it. i messaged the store i bough it from twice,the second time. he now has told me to reset my computer. i just put all my stuff in here of which took me quite awhile . i really dont want to do that so i thought maybe id ask if theres another way to get it working without having to start back all over again. please help me .
