[SOLVED] tower fans not working

So I brought my computer into microcenter to get a few new components installed(psu, cpu, ssd, and ram). Looks like everything works properly except the tower fans. The rgb on them works but the fans are not running. Not sure how this happened because those wires are not connected to the psu. To be clear these fans worked before I brought in the computer to have the components installed. How do I fix this?(I'm a little rusty)

EDIT: One more thing while I was checking the inside of the computer it looks like something is connected to the sys_fan1 slot so not sure why the fans don't work.



The board: GA-AB350-Gaming 3
The psu: evga bronze edition 650 watt
the tower: Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 RGB ATX Mid-Tower

If you took it to Microcenter and the fans were working before that, and now they are not, then you'd be foolish to not simply take it back and demand that they fix the issue.
