Tower Server Conversion

Hello my name is Reece I run a Garry's Mod server, that is hosted on my personal computer. I have recently been looking at servers on Amazon. I dont want one that is very loud thats why I want to convert it into a tower... I was wondering if someone can help me on this...

Also, I use Verizon 'Gigabit' Internet and get decent connections I was wondering if I used a 2- way splitter alike this one, if it would lower my speed and slow down my main pc and server if I get it...

Hello, I own a Garry's Mod server currently hosted from my PC. Since I have many Amazon giftcards I am buying my server from Amazon. I found a server that meets my needs, It has 8 - Cores and 16GB of DDR3 Ram.. I dont want a super loud server running in my bed room 24/7 thats why I want to convert it into a tower. (Here is the Server : HP ProLiant DL380 G5 )
