Tower Space Issues

Hi-
I am wrapping up my first gaming PC build and I just wanted to double check on space issues (Although the specs for the case seemed to be in my favor). I am looking to buy the NZXT Guardian 921. Here are the other components, my concern mostly lies with the cpu+replacement fan and gpu:
Mobo: ASUS P8Z77.
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500 with a replacement Cooler Master fan.
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7850.
PSU: Rosewill HIVE 750W.
Also, is there any opinion on the NZXT in terms of it being a bad investment? Thanks in advance.

The case, though, has no front USB 3.0 ports.

Will that cause any complications with my mobo because it supports usb 3.0, or is it more of an "its out-of-date not to have usb 3.0" issue?

No complications, but you're missing out on features the mobo has.
A year from now, will you want a 3.0 front connection? Maybe.
