Toxic large charm of anthrax

I was doing a NM baal run today with my FoH pally (different i know) I was
in the middle of killing the ghosts on the left which drop with ease I
picked up the chram id it and it is
Toxic Large Charm of Anthrax
req level 38
+291 poison damage over 11 seconds

I thought it was not a bad find. I wont be trading it I like it to much. it
will help out all my new melee chrachters from now on
Whats the highest all of you people have found?

Several 175's pdlc's an odd 100 pdsc and 301 pdgc(lev 34).
My favourite ive found is a 43 pdsc because of the low level
requirement of 13.
