So the case is like I was using this TP LINK TD-W8951ND V5 wireless N ADSL2+ Modem router that takes RJ11 input and I configure it to dial a PPPoE/PPPoA connection over adsl.
Now I want to use it with an ethernet input and dial a PPPoE from inside the modem and use it with laptop/ phone wifi.
What I tried:
* I simply tried giving the username and password inside the modem and put RJ45 into the LAN4 as input, but it failed to connect.
*When I connect the source RJ45 into the any of the LAN of modem and dial the PPoE from my PC it gets connected and I can browse. But the problem here is I can't share the internet over modem's wifi.
* I tried the step 1 with DHCP and NAT disabled but no luck!
Any help appreciated 🙂
Thanks 🙂
