TP-Link driver installer can't find my Wireless network adapter

"Wireless network adapter is not detected. Please insert the right TP-Link wireless network adapter and click...", says the TP-Link Driver InstallShield Wizard.

I have uninstalled my Archer T8E's driver by accident. When it was installed first, i had to ask for help also. This was the situation back then as well. My friend could do it, but unfortunately, I didnt pay attention for the details.
I definietly have the hardware in my computer but it doesnt recognise it for some reason. Could you help me please? Im clueless
