TP Link ethernet adapters working on everything except new PC

I just finished building a new PC but when I plug the adapater in the light appears on the back of the PC but nothing else.

The lights on the adapter are the first two (power and paired).

The PS4 downstairs works fine with it, once I swapped it from wifi, using the same adapater.

My old PC also works just fine and is in the same room with the same adapter.

What ethernet adapter?
Have you installed the LAN driver
