[SOLVED] tp-link router Wi-Fi transmit frequency

My TP-Link Archer A7 v 5.0 router is set to transmit on channel 11 in the 2.4 MHz band but is actually transmitting on channel 2. Using the WiFi Analyzer app I have confirmed that the transmitted signal is centered on channel 2.

What setting do I need to change to force the transmitted channel to be channel 11?

I have no explanation for this behavior. It might be a bug. I would start with a factory reset to the router.
