TP-LINK TL-WN881ND Wireless adapter card sucks.

I have the TP-LINK TL-WN881ND in my pc I only get 2 bars of wifi, but on my Phone 87% connection so I do not understand why my PCIe wifi card that is the SIZE of my phone is having trouble getting a connection....
Mobo: Asus m5a78l-m/usb3
GFX Card:Zotac GTX 950 APM\
8GB Ram
CPU:FX-6300 @ 3.5ghz
The connection gets flaky while playing csgo and my ping spikes. It gets very frustrating

Is your PC case stuck down on the floor in an area with poor signal strength? Might try setting it up on a desk temporarily and see if it makes a difference. If it does, you can get a wifi antenna extender cable for each antenna.
Another way to test would be to set your phone down there next to the antennas and see if the signal strength tapers off after a while.
