I've just purchased this and can't seem to find a way to get it to detect any other bluetooth device. For reference, I've updated windows, installed and reinstalled drivers (here) and tried different USB ports. I'm trying to connect up a PS5 controller.
There isn't any toggle on there to turn bluetooth on
Bluetooth shows to be on in the tray
It continually shows that it's searching but nothing is detected
Device manager shows the CSR but not the actual device itself
My phone shows the desktop and controller as able to connect so they both are giving the signal
When i click to connect to PC, it shows that it pairs but will not actually connect
Please could somebody aid me in this? Or let me know if its a lost cause... Any help would be much appreciated
