TP-Link WIFI adapter doesn't work!

I recently bought the Archer T1U from TP-Link. I have installed all the drivers, many times uninstalled them and installed them again. I can not connect to the WIFI ( in the networks tab I see no available connections). I tried Windows' built in troubleshouter with no success. Someone please help me !

What operating system are you on?
Did you download the drivers from TP Link directly or via disc? Try downloading directly from TP Link, the Archer T1U was not plug and play compatible with some OS (Windows 10 included)

I intalled them from the site and from the usb. I am using windows 10 64-bit.

Go into your device manager and check to see if the card is being detected properly under network devices.

I tried that... It does actually detect it. I tried installing windows 8.1 to try if it works on that OS. But again it did not work. I am just gonna return the product back and take my money back. Thanks for helping
