TP-Link wireless adapter doesn't fit on PCI/PCIE slots

My wireless adapter (TP-Link wn851nd) can't fit when I insert it into the pcie slot on the motherboard, it appears to be too long and I can't seem to align it so it can fit properly while I can fit my LAN adapter just fine on the pcie slot above (TP-Link 3468)

You can't put a PCI card in a PCI-E slot and your board does not have PCI slots.
