TPLINK Cr700 - Can't accessing routers panel on chrome - 192.168.1.1

What I've done

Reformatted windows 7

Tried different browsers. Chrome on my phone works, firefox on my desktop works. Therefore I think after reformatting and chrome which worked all the time before now randomly stops working twice?

I'm updated on chrome. There is no router firmware on my router. I'm confused help

I've also hard reset the router and left it unplugged.
