Running a clean installation of Windows 11 Pro on a MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max with the latest BIOS. CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600.

When the PC starts up, the TPM is shown as enabled in my security settings, and I am able to access the tpm.msc console.

Although Windows isnt' displaying any errors, after a few minutes the TPM info disappears from the security settings, and tpm.msc displays the following message:

I initially thought that my hardware might not support Windows 11, but the PC Health Check on Windows 10 clearly stated that it was compatible prior to clean installation with a USB drive. I also assume that Windows 11 would let me know in some way if something is wrong.

Is there any sort of hardware or software malfunction?

Update your bios to the newest bios. Windows 11 support added.
Go to: MSI B450 Gaming Plus, download the BIOS update.
My MSI B365m had the same problem and the fix was flashing the newest bios. NO TPM and you cannot clean install Windows 11 ever again without fixing this.
