Found this on the internet; will it be this easy for a TUF Gaming X570-Plus?
"Asus X570 TUF Gaming Plus has TPM 2.0. BIOS> Advanced> AMD fTPM Configuration> Select TPM device: change from "Enable Discrete TPM" to "Enable Firmware TPM". On Windows 10 search for "security processor" to check if it's working. The motherboard has a TPM connector but I think it is there for a possible future TPM 3.0 module."

Depending on CPU, ftpm is built into most Ryzen CPU so it should be fine.
My Aorus X570 is the same and it passed my 3600xt

you don't need the physical chip, ftpm is enough - clearly I merged this thread too soon - https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/windows-11-info-thread.3710026/#post-22363004

You can't test it anyway as Microsoft have removed the test from their site and it will be back once they expanded the range of systems it accepts. And it stops people panicking ahead of time.
It sounds like you meet the firmware TPM requirements at least.
Bear in mind that Microsoft themselves changed the documentation on Windows 11 requirements over half a dozen times the VERY FIRST DAY after the product was officially announced. They're bound to change it again.
Best to hold tight for at least a couple/few weeks until they finally iron out the specifics of this very messy announcement.

Ah, ok....I checked and the hardware is currently not available, so if the BIOS change will suffice, all the better.
thanks. : )
