Hi,

Is there a way to trace what is done when a user logs in ?
On a XP, the logon takes nearly 2 minutes : I'd like to know which policy
takes too much time

thanks
Vincent

You can enable debugging logging to gather information in the userenv.log file as
described in KB below and it would also be wise to look in Event Viewer for any
messages. Often a dns misconfiguration will cause such a problem, especially if an
ISP dns server is also listed in the preferred dns server for a domain machine which
it never should be. Running netdiag is also a good idea when experiencing such
problems. --- Steve
