Hey guys, I have been having some networking problems as of recent. My internet was running smoothly and then, a week ago, there was a major slowdown. This occurred across all my devices (2 cell phones, 1 laptop, 1 tablet, 2 pcs connected by cable). At first I thought it was simply due to it being peak hour, but it continued well into the night (about 2am) and has been the same since. Now the problem is that I keep having intermittent disconnections where every few seconds the internet will connect and disconnect. As a result, I believe I am suffering from quite a bit of packet lost (around the 2% mark). This is not so significant when simply browsing about, however, video streaming suffers, occasional web pages and images take a long time to load, and online gaming is simply impossible with about 5 seconds of normal gameplay followed by lag (in which stuff happens) and then I am le dead. I have tried several things from a modem reset, a soft and hard router reset, to checking for router firmware update, running anti-malware software, and bypassing the router by directly plugging a pc into the modem. It still persists. My pings within gaming stay low (<100) but sometimes it drops to 0 for a fraction of a second. I ran a couple ping tests, a speed test and a trace route (all to google). I will post the tracert scores below, but I wanted to know if there was any way to pinpoint where about the packet loss occurs from this. The problem occurs at points 4 through 9. Any input is appreciated, I am running on cable btw.
