Question Tracert is all timed out

So I'm having issues with unstable ms/desync and I tried tracert to Valorant servers and this is what I get back.
I also tried disabling firewall and nothing changed.
I contacted both riot and my ISP today about it.

By the way I'm playing from EU, every server other than EU traces just fine.
What do you guys think ?

This, in itself, does not in any way indicate a problem. It could be nothing more (and is very likely in this case) that the admins of those machines that do not respond have disabled "echo reply". If you can successfully connect to the endpoint then there is no problem whatsoever.

one simple way to combat DDOS attacks and the like is to disable echo reply to ping requests. most likely that is all you are seeing.

you say it is unstable not unreachable. unstable means you get through just struggle somehow with the connection. could be your end or their end.

Weird question tho. How does it come I can trace every single server other than EU one ? They only disabled that one I guess ?
I've contacted both ends and I'm awaiting for a response. Riot said the communication between me and the server is bad and I should speak with ISP.
