Trade a Bulldozer 8120 for a 8350...Worth It?

I have a question, Is it worth it to upgrade a Bulldozer 8120 (@4.2Ghz) for a Piledrive 8350?
How much I will gain in performance?

It really depends on what you are using it for. What application is giving you trouble or do you need more speed in?

Have you overclocked the 8120 at all or do you intend to?

For gaming the difference is pretty noticeable at around 15% depending on the game.

I use the pc for games and work (design). Right now my 8120 is running at 4.2 Ghz, I overclocked with Easy Tuner 6 from Gigabyte. I have been considering an update since the 8350 came out but I just don't want to spend my money on it if is not worth it. Thank you again.

Since you have it substantially overclocked, I would say the upgrade probably isn't worth the money. Your improvement world be 5 to 10 percent at most.
