Question Trailing Shadow Ghosting on Left Side of Screen in Games

Hi all
Does anybody know what this ghosting shadow effect is on my monitor? It only happens on the left side of the screen in games when in low-light environments.
Is this an issue with the monitor or is it some graphical setting that's causing it?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

If this issue you speak of happens in all titles, you could try and reinstall your GPU drivers. Use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia) then manually install the latest GPU driver sourced from your GPU maker's support site. Install said driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

You can rule out your monitor by hooking it up to another display source, if the issue persists it's the monitor that's at fault.

I removed all drivers with DDU as you asked me to do.
I booted up a game and for the first 10 seconds I was amazed because the issue seems to have been fixed.
After around 10 seconds of testing, my game stuttered/froze for half a second and the problem returned once again. Could it be something activating in the Nvidia App which changes some setting that causes this? I know it has this "optimize games" function which I thought I had disabled.
I've been trying to fix this issue for the last couple of days which didn't happen on my old graphics card.
Maybe I could try to reinstall drivers once more without installing the Nvidia App.
I'm on an RTX 5070 Ti if that makes any difference.

EDIT: Reinstalled drivers without Nvidia App and problem persists.
