Train Simulator Blurred Text

Any ideas? Just installed train simulator and text in
windows is chopped up with pieces missing (like it was
compressed). The current resolution in the settings is
640x480 (partly readable). No higher resolutions are
visible in the selection. The update to v1.2 has been
added with no help.

I had a similar problem when Train Simulator first came out.
It was resolved when a newer video driver was available and installed.
Go to the website of your video card manufacturer and get the latest
video driver.
