Question Transcend External Hard Disk 2TB problem

Hi
i have Transcend External Hard Disk 2TB , in which approximately 850gb important data,
now when i plugin with my laptop, , data and drive not shown, , blue light on the hard drive is on and i also hear the sound of disk rotating.

Do you have the data backed up anywhere else?

When you hear the disk rotating what noises do you hear? Describe.

Does the drive work on other computer or laptops?

Have you tried another known working cable between HDD and laptop/computers?
