Hi all,

Do you think that this drive, the Transcend M.2 430s SSD (2242 form factor) would work as an OS / Boot drive?

The MLC 400s series is too expensive to be considered.

Kind of low on the TBW (140 for the 256Gb model). But then again, this would be a linux partition, not too heavy use.

Solution
So long as your motherboard supports an M.2 drive and you're on the latest BIOS update for your platform, you're good to go. Also, yes it's a good foray into an SSD for an OS drive.
