Transcend or Western Digital External Hard Disk?

Hello. I want to buy an external hard disk at a 1TB size. It's for my PC because it's getting slower. I cannot decide whether to get a Transcend StoreJet 25A3 1TB or a Western Digital 1TB My Passport Ultra. Which one is better? Or are there any better ones out there which I should pick? The price is not my main concern.
