Question Transcend PCIe SSD 110S not detected anywhere

I have recently purchased an M.2 NVMe SSD from Transcend, Model 110S with 512GB.
I am currently using the Asus ROG Strix B250G Gaming Motherboard.
I have tried plugging it in both M.2 Slots but does not work. It doesnt get detected anywhere, Bios or Windows.



I am not going to use the SSD as a boot up. I am only going to use it as a storage.

What's the rest of your system specs? Depending on other things those two M.2 ports can be disabled by other components.

Which ports (according to the manual) are those HDDs connected to?

While I don't usually account for SSD compatibility, some manufacturers do have a QVL for them: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/...090.32488409.1560717785-1948945947.1515597395
It could be a rare case of the SSD not being compatible. Any idea which precise model the Transcend SSD is?
