Question Transcend SD Card Won't Show In Windows

SD Card Works in Phone but will not show in Windows.

Card Reader is fine
PC works with other cards
Can't be seen in device manager/checkdisk/diskpart/device manager/easeus and doesn't make noise when inserted into PC. Can be used if in the phone via usb connection but cannot interact with the card in the machine.

Cannot figure this out.

Probably different and incompatible file formats.
