Question Transcript feature?

Hello,

Is there any software or feature in Windows 10 Pro that can transcribe audio to text? For example if I play a video file on my PC or play a video in a website on my PC, the software or feature can transcribe what I hear immediately into text without uploading anything, or maybe something similar to what I am looking for.

There is a transcribing feature in Office 365 if you have a paid subscription. It only seems to work with audio files though, so you might need to strip the audio out of a video file.

I’ve used it a fair bit for interview transcription and it’s okay. Still need to set aside time to verify manually.
