Transfer contacts from csv file on laptop to a ZTE F320 phone via bluetooth?

I have a csv file containing all my contacts and wish to upload them in an easy way to a ZTE F320 phone, preferrably via Bluetooth. Any ideas?

Bluetooth is one option if you have a directory shared via bluetooth, yes. However, the easiest and fastest way to do it would be to hook your phone up to your laptop via USB cable, share your phone as a media device, drag the file there. You can then go into your contacts and import them.
