Question Transfer&ConvertSpeeds: Best to Run HeavyGames on SteamDeck?

I'm curious about Transfer Speeds and Conversions. The reason for this is because I got a Steam Deck and am wondering which if it even matters would truly be faster/better for running Intensive games off from. I got a 2TB SSD Pocket drive which is TypeC and a 1TB MicroSD at 190MB/s. I will be Convert Transferring from the 2TB SSD - TypeC though a 3.2USB port on a TypeC Splitter Dock. The MicroSD is Internal.
Because in reality speeds often look much worse... I would Imagine a Transfer would yeild greater then 40MB/s from a SSD SATA converted to TypeC transfering to 7200RPM HDD [not being used] on a Win10PC...

The speed of any sequential path will only be as fast as the slowest device in the path.

Yeah, 7200RPM is rated for 100-120MB/s
