Transfer Data Rate

I've Kingston DataTraveller G3. It takes a loads of time to transfer data from/to computer. How can I increase the rate so as to save my time? Please help.

You are using a USB 3.0 stick. Plug it into your PC using the USB port that is blue in color to take advantage of the USB 3.0 speeds

Install intels usb 3.0 drivers first, then plug your usb into the 3.0 port.

as above--plus you dont say how much data and what type of files

what actual transfer speed is it showing?
