Transfer files from hdd to ssd

Can i just copy/paste? Or do I need to install something? Btw, I'm transferring files from a gaming drive to another gaming drive, so no os moving shenanagins

Right... Copy & Paste to leave backups or Cut & Paste to move files. You can select (and move or copy) complete folders to make it quicker and with less activity from your part..
