[SOLVED] Transfer files from mac hdd to windows

I have a hard drive from the old mac. need to transfer it to windows 10. When I transfer it with copy and paste I can't read the files like pictures and that.I don't have access to a mac so I need a work around for transferring it.

If you can't 'read files like pictures', then they're not pictures. Just because Mac OS X and Windows are two different Operating Systems, doesn't mean they both can't open .png, .jpg, etc.

Make sure they have the correct extensions on them. If you're unsure, type 'em here or search them on Google.
