Transfer full version Windows 10 between computers

Can someone explain how this is done on a full retail version of Windows 10? (not an upgrade)
I want to purchase a new motherboard for my PC and want to be sure how this is done.

Just install the OS using the installation media then follow the onscreen instructions. Once installed and it is connected ton the internet, it should activate itself. You may have to phone Microsoft automated system to reactivate your licence with your new motherboard.
