Transfer genuine os from hdd to ssd

Hello,
once the product key is used, so it cant be use again (maybe), well i have installed os genuine windows 7 in hdd, since i need to increase data transfer performance and boot time so i decided to use ssd as my primary drive, but the question is can i use the os which already install in hdd to my new ssd?

Yes u can use it, just don't use the old one and activate the new install on the SSD.

Did u changed the mobo too? No, that would be the only issue. Changing SSD or HDD is OK.

I am assuming u have an OEM licence.

yes, im using oem, so whats the difference between oem and retail licence?

mobo still the same, i only upgraded my drive.
