Transfer hdd to new computer

So I'm building a new computer and I want to use the old hdd and use it in my new build I don't care about all the files I just want a fresh version of windows 10 I have a key and all. I've just heard about drivers and stuff causing problems.

all you need is a 8g usb stick and use the windows media creation tool to make a new usb iso stick. when you boot into the windows 10 installer go into advance mode and delete all of the partions then let windows 10 reinstall itself cleanly on the reused hard drive.
