Transfer programs from host OS win-10 to guest OS win-7

First of all Hello to everybody and sorry for my bad English (i'm Ukrainian but i live in Italy)
So the issue is the one i described in subject...is it possible that kind of operation or it's not.

P.s. I have already tried to post this kind of question on tomshardware.it and on v-box's forum but no one could help me there.
