transfer rights after new mobo.

Ok, I bought a pre built hp computer a few years ago with Win 8, I then updated to 8.1, and to 10 when the free upgrade period started. I'm wondering if my license will transfer after I swap out motherboards and cpu. According to windows settings, the activation page says my license is linked to my windows account, and is a retail one.

So, when I swap in the new mobo and cpu, after installing win 10, should I be able to log in to my account like normal?

Yes with windows 10 you should be able to.
