Transfer Windows 8 and files to new SSD

So I have two hard drivse one with windows and a few games and then my 1tb "storage" hard drive.
Today I bought an SSD because my old hard drives are clicking.

My question is how can i transfer windows and my files on hard drive 1 to the 250gb Samsung evo.

I downloaded and installed it
It says drive 1 is evo
And drive 2 is evo??
