transfer windows 8 pro license

Hi Guys, I've many questions about windows 8 , i hope i find the answers here

1- I want to purchase the Windows 8 Pro OEM from New Egg. if i want to format the windows can i use the same Product Key again! or should i buy new one.?

2- Is it possible to transfer windows 8 pro license , What if i want to replace my dead motherboard or buy a new PC ?

3- Is it safe to Signing in to Windows 8 with a Windows Live ID , What happens if somehow my Windows Live ID gets stolen?

4- I want to install avast internet security , should i first disable windows defender or it will disable automatically?

1. You should be able to use key any number of reformats you want.

2. If your motherboard dies, you can still reuse the license, you might have to activate through phone tho.

3. It shouldnt compromise your windows in any fashion, if your id gets stolen, create a new password for the account.
Tho if your insecure about using your live id with the windows 8 account, then don't as it isnt mandatory, just adds a few nice features.
