Ok, so I've sold my account on ebay. How do I remove my billing info
and transfer it without paying the $30 to EA?

Buy a game time code, put it in and change your account info...

You don't. You have to trust the person you sold to, to do the right thing.
That is why EA provides a "legal" transfer service.

IMHO, EA charges too much for the transfer service, but that's your
only "safe" option.

BTW, only the last 4 digits of your credit card number shows on the
account data, so all the buyer would see is your name, address and the
last 4 digits of the credit card.

Up to you if you want to trust.

If they have already paid you and it has cleared, just ask them what they
would like there. Just make sure you put their info in and not
parents/wifes/husbands who might be making the payment for the account. They
have already tursted you by giving you money, now for you to do the same.
