Hey guys,
So i bought the dell xps 8500 a few months ago and now i just bought the geforce 670 FTW but it seems like the case is too small to fit both the 620W power supply and the graphic card.
Is it possible that if i buy a new case and a new motherboard then transfer all the rams and CPU and all the components like hard drive to that motherboard. I have 12 gb of ram and i7 3770 3.40ghz. If yes, which motherboard should i get ( I was thinking about getting rosewill challenger case). Thank you !

That's what I was addressing in my post. You are going to have to reinstall the OS, or, in your case, probably buy an OS and then install it.
Thanks for the replies. I have a question though, so do i just take it the hard drive out and put it in the new motherboard. What happens if i boot it up ? Does it go to bios ? I am new at this.

To enter the BIOS you usually have to tap on the Delete key during the Power On Self Test (POST), immediately after the computer start.

If there are not many hardware changes, you may be able to get your old Windows OS to boot up. Some would try to do a repair of the OS installation, but with a new motherboard a new installation of the OS is the best way.
